30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send anything back for a full refund or an exchange — no questions asked.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Try things on, absolutely — just keep them in the condition you received them.

How to return

Email us (contact details in the footer) with your order number and we’ll send you the return address and instructions. Once your return arrives and is checked, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo and we’ll replace or refund it immediately — including your return postage.
